Michael Friedman > Acorn-Split Tone I created this composite image using a color version and a black and white version of the same photograph, layered and masked in Photoshop. It's a technique I may be a bit overly fond of, but I still find it a kick.
Michael Friedman > Pastoral: One reason I love black and white. There is no snow in this scene, but it looked a little that way after converting from color, so I tinkered with it a bit in Photoshop until I got this.
