Knapp's Castle-Santa Barbara, CA. This is an old ruin in the Santa Barbara Hills. The story I heard is that it's what's left of a mansion that burned to the ground in a wildfire, leaving only the stonework. It once belonged to opera singer Lotta Lehmann.

I've always wanted to photograph a model, dressed as Juliette on this balcony, but I can't figure out a safe way to get her up there. Anyone have a crain they can lend me for a photoshoot?

Beach House-Summerland, CA.

This place is right on the ocean, and is probably worth at least three to four million. Judging from the angle, I'd guess you can see the sunset from the balcony year-round.

And, no, it's not mine.
